Billing Specialist

An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a legal billing specialist for their DC-based team. The ideal candidate will have a full-cycle legal billing background within a law firm, familiarity with legal billing software 3E/Elite, and a high level of professionalism.Responsibilities:Perform full cycle billing functions like timecard creation and summarization, matter updates, and client report generationEnsure invoices are done in a timely manner with up to date communicationImplement client Outside Counsel Guidelines and client fee arrangementsProcess electronic invoices accurately, efficiently, and on timeQualifications:5+ years of legal billing experience (within a law firm)Experience with 3E, e-billing HUB, and e-billing vendor sitesStrong communication and organizational skillsThis would be a hybrid position, with two days of remote work.
