Corporate Security Specialist

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Corporate Reception & Security Associate to work for one of our top global tech clients!Pay: $25-$30/hr. based on experienceSchedule: M-F9a-5pLocationNew York, NY 10012 (Onsite)Responsibilities:Set in a standard reception space.Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, understanding their security needs and requirements.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems and alarms, to detect and prevent unauthorized access.Manage access to the company's offices by verifying the identity of individuals, issuing visitor badges and ensuring compliance with access control policies.Monitor and enforce compliance with security procedures, including the use of ID badges and adherence to visitor protocols.Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms through the global security operations center.Minimum Qualifications:Experience in facility security, reception.Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certifications within first 30 days of employment.Hospitable with a customer-focused mentality.
