Litigation Paralegal

Our client is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal in their New York City office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of no fault litigation experience.Qualifications and Skills:• Ability to draft and assemble first-party motions for summary judgment, default judgment, and others under the supervision of the assigning attorney • Assist attorneys with arbitration and court appearance including but not limited to trial preparation• Experience with declaratory judgment actions in NY is a plus. Experience with tracking case status on e-Courts/e-Law and NYSCEF• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large case load• Ability to work independently;• Strong computer skills• Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel & PowerPoint• Must be a team player• Case management software experience is a plusThe salary range for this position is $60k+, commensurate with experience.
