Client Relationship Coordinator Are you a go-getter who is strong at using persuasive language, asking in-depth questions, and getting prospects engaged. Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts. This position is based in our Needham, MA office.We are looking for a driven candidate who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.This position requires that you possess the following skills: • High level of communication and follow-through skills• Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments• Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role• Strong organizational skills• Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients• Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred? Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus? 4 Year college degree? Ability to work some evenings for eventsResponsibilities/Tasks: • Ability to fill the Financial Advisors' schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts • Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects • Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients • Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 1-2 weekly) • Accurate entry of data into CRM (Salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts • Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
