The Deployment Fiber Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring budgeting compliance, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project control on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsTelecom Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of telecommunications system installation, upgrade, or maintenance projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams across the entire project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Initiation:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.Create project budgets and manage financial aspects.Team Management:Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams including technicians, vendors, and contractors.Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance. Foster collaboration and communication within the team.Technical Execution:Oversee the design, installation, and configuration of telecommunications infrastructure including network equipment, cabling, and wireless systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Conduct Quality assurance checks throughout the project.Stakeholder Management:Maintain open communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors to manage expectations and address concerns. Conduct regular project status updates and reporting to key stakeholders. Resolve conflicts and address issues effectively. Change Management:Identify and manage project scope changes through proper change control processes. Communicate changes to stakeholders and update project documentation accordingly. Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies Proven project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Leadership abilities to motivate and manage project teams.Technical expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) can be beneficial.
