We are excited to welcome an organized, detail-oriented, administratively focused professional to join our exceptional vehicle inventory records team. This role is well-suited to someone capable and comfortable with administrative and repetitive data processing tasks who is also dynamic enough to operate successfully without specific detailed instructions and forge a path forward / create workflow structure in new areas. Able to perform high volumes of data capture while maintaining a keen eye for anomalies.Multi-Source Reconciliation - Reviewing and channeling high volume, variable data formats into streamlined information supporting vehicle lifecycle management. Able to manage a variety of different forms of data from a variety of sources including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, System Portals, Excel/CSV, PDF/Word packages, Embedded Attachments, etc.Accuracy Checks - Prioritizes quality and consistency - performs accuracy self-checks and deliver large volumes of output with limited errors/omissions. Communication Management - Work seamlessly across a variety of team / client structures & requirements, time zones and communication styles to develop strong relationships and excellent interpretive skills that contribute to successful project outcomes.Workflow Documentation - Able to document workflow steps and task guidelines in a clear easy-to-follow manner for use as team reference materials (supported by our training/communications team)Reporting & Analytics - Inquisitive mind and strong ability to use and benefit from reports and analytical tools that identify areas to be reviewed and resolved.
