Payroll Coordinator

Job descriptionMeade is seeking a full time Payroll Administrator in Willowbrook, Illinois. The ideal candidate for this position will have some previous experience, but it is not required. This position provides the opportunity to be a part of a growing local company.Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for employees working in multiple states.Process employee withholding tax changes, garnishments and tax levies.Review payrolls to ensure compliance.Provide great customer service to internal customers (employees)Conduct union benefit reports for multiple unions.Ensure proper maintenance of payroll records.Perform other duties as assigned by Office ManagerJob RequirementsSome experience preferred.Associates Degree in Accounting PreferredMust be self-motivated, driven and have the ability to multi-task.Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suites (excel, word, and outlook)Will need to work a few hours on a holiday weekend as neededWilling to work some OT as needed.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)Union payroll experience is a plus.Meade Benefits:We are proud to provide a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base pay ranging from $23 to $29.
