Maintenance Manager

YOUR ROLEAre you known for your management skills? Are you passionate about a well maintained facility? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to oversee the maintenance (facilities and equipment) for operations facilities and provide leadership, development and support for multiple hourly technicians and group leads. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Define staffing requirements, hire, develop and retain staff of maintenance technicians and group leads.Develop preventive maintenance actions and schedules in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.Ensure equipment [conveyors, sorters and advance automation] and facility support systems are maintained in operation as required to support business operations in accordance with company and customer SLAs.Track all work performed and spare parts utilized using appropriate tool and systems. Manage proper staffing and spare parts inventories.Act as liaison to corporate facilities groups and serve as primary point of contact to facility landlord(s).Maintain log/database of all Service contracts for any supported equipment and/or systems (i.e., automation, powered industrial trucks, generators, HVAC, etc.)WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, related field or equivalent experience, preferred. Three to five years in Logistics/Distribution environment. 3-5 years in Automation withprior warehouse maintenance experience.Skills: Electro Mechanical troubleshooting;5S; data mining and analysis; project management.Characteristics: Deep knowledge of/ experience in facilities engineering principles and practices.
