About the RoleLocation: Onsite, Aliso Viejo CAPay: $25-31/hour (depending on experience)Structure: Contract 6 months-1 year (potential to convert for right candidate)Must haves: 2-3 years administrative experience, attention to detail, comfortable with fast paced environment, calendaring experience, corporate background (mid-large sized company)Full time schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our expanding HR team. In this essential role, you will support both recruitment and HR functions to ensure an exceptional experience for candidates, new hires, and employees. Your responsibilities will include managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive team engagement, and support organizational goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesCandidate & New Hire SupportVerify I-9 documentation and conduct welcoming processes for new hires.Prepare pre-hire materials, including distributing onboarding plans to hiring managers.Assist with background checks and oversee onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless experience.Coordinate and schedule complex interviews (onsite and remote) across multiple departments.Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.Track requisitions and assist in updating and refining job descriptions to meet organizational standards.Contribute to the development and rollout of a competency framework for key roles.Administer Real Colors and Bridge platform management.Assist with New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for new team members.Assist in developing a competency framework.Organize team-building events, such as celebrations, lunches, and other activities, to foster employee engagement and strengthen team culture.Qualifications2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in recruitment or HR.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail and accuracy.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
