Electrician

Masis Professional Group is recruiting for an Electrician on behalf of our client located in Ayer, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.As a Licensed Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining facility electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes. Responsibilities of the Electrician:Read, interpret, and execute drawings, schematics, blueprints and electrical code specifications.Install, repair or replace AC/DC motors, drives, transformers, starters, relays, and hydraulic & gas electrical controls.Install, repair or replace electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, line assemblies, lighting, and alternative electrical parts.Install electrical circuits, as well as panels, conduit, protecting devices, switches and equipment.Conduct preventative maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.Requirements of the Electrician: Active Journeyman Electrician License for the state of Mass. High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work.Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.Previous experience working with Industrial Machinery from a technical perspective.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to safety and attention to detail.Please submit your resume to be considered for this position.
