We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representitive to join our team at Bequest Asset Management - New Day Collections. New Day collects on 3rd party debt.Our ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representitive should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Our values include Commitment, Perseverance, Teamwork, Integrity and ResultsThis is not a remote role. You will be onsite 5 days a week. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Make the necessary number of connections with borrowers to collect against quarter goalsSpend 6 hours per day on the dialer performing outbound calls, emailing or texting borrowersDaily documentation of all account status records and collection efforts in our CRM systemPropose and discuss payment options including payment in full, settlements and payment plans with borrowersSubmit and execute payments in our CRM system.Provide accurate daily reporting on all collection activityAdministration tasks related to payments and payment arrangement.Skills & Qualification Requirement:Fluent in SpanishHigh energyStrong administration and computer skillsAble to handle a high volume of tasksStrong attention to detailProblem solverSkilled in negotiationProven experience as a Customer Service Rep or similar roleKnowledge of billing procedures and collection techniquesFamiliarity with laws related to debt collectionHigh school diploma: Associate/Bachelor degree is a plusPerks & Benefits100% employer paid medical benefitsDental and VisionPTOBecome part of an amazing teamBase compensation + generous quarterly bonus structureBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
