Legal Administrative SecretaryLocation: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Remote)SalaryUp to $115,000 per year, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401kJob Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid, Full-TimeLHH is working with a global law firm in seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Secretary to join their team in Menlo Park, CA. This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys while also providing global team support with various administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation defense or transactional/corporate law and will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct administrative support to assigned attorneys, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.Perform daily time entry, process expense reimbursements, and manage calendaring and schedulingManage, edit, and format legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for attorneys as needed.Generate, edit, and post client invoices in a timely manner.Proactively learn and utilize internal systems and processes to streamline operations and find innovative solutions.Preserve the confidentiality of firm and client information, ensuring compliance with security protocols.Handle and protect highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary informationQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in civil litigation defense or transactional/corporate lawProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal administrative software.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
