Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator with Accounting Clerk experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks, experience managing inventory and light purchasing, and strong administrative skills. This is a Part-Time role will be responsible for handling daily office operations, processing invoices, managing communications, and supporting various administrative and accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.Process and pay invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Reconcile accounts and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.Maintain financial records and assist with reports as needed.Administrative Duties:Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.Maintain organized records and files (both digital and physical).Support general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.Inventory & Purchasing:Track and manage office and operational inventory levels.Place orders for supplies and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.Qualifications & Skills:Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.Attention to Detail: Strong numerical skills and accuracy in financial record-keeping.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in inventory management and purchasingKnowledge of basic accounting principlesExperience working in a fast-paced office environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
