A Billion-Dollar Growth Equity Firm based in New York City is seeking a new Full/Time Permanent Executive Assistant/Investor Relations Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The position is open due to a promotion! Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5+ years of applicable experience working in a true Executive Assistant role at a private/growth equity and/or venture capital firm (financial services is required), ideally with some exposure to Investor Relations and/or familiarity with CRM databases, and a Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal candidates should be extremely polished/client-facing and professional, detail-oriented, organized, smart, eager, tech savvy (power user of Microsoft Office Suite), proactive, anticipatory, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (the team is super busy fundraising). Hybrid work schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote).Responsibilities: Provide first-class, high-level executive administrative support to the Head of Investor Relations and broader IR Team.Schedule extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, events (including Annual Investor Meeting), and appointments; assist with meeting preparation and follow-up deliverables as needed; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, logistics for investor meetings and conferences, etc.Prepare, process, and submit expense reports on a timely basis.Spearhead management of CRM platform, including investor updates, meeting tracking and reporting as well as fundraising support by helping to manage data room.Handle and maintain highly confidential information.Interface and collaborate daily with C-level executives, investors, executive assistants, etc. across the company, both internally and externally.Required Qualifications:Minimum 3-5+ years of applicable executive administrative experience working at a private/growth equity and/or venture capital firm (financial services is required), ideally with some exposure to Investor Relations and/or event planning.Experience/familiarity with CRM databases (DealCloud).Bachelor's degree required.Tech savvy; power user of Microsoft Office Suite.Polished/client-facing and professional.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate the needs of executives and their teams and exercise independent, sound judgment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and execute multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to respond to email and calls outside standard business hours in a timely fashion; possess global awareness, time zone sensitivity, etc.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).Creative thinker with a can-do attitude.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionOur teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
