CNC Lathe Machinist - $35/hour

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day oneSetup and operate CNC Lathe HAAS machineUsing cutting tools as well as speeds and feeds associated with toolingUnderstanding of process to achieve tight toleranceMaking calculations for programming including where material should be cutTranslating instructions into a computer automated manufacturing programReading blueprintsCommunicating with engineers and clients who will use the programPreparing geometric layout of design using proper softwareWriting programs and modify existing ones for increased efficiencyRequirements:At least three years previous experienceGood math skills, written and verbal skillsKnowledge of a metal shop workAble to read blueprintsHours:Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm and they are offering some overtime now.The pay is up to $35.00 an hour based on experienceBenefits:Health insurance - Harvard Pilgrim - company pays 60%Dental Insurance - Ameritas - company pays 30%Vision insurance - Ameritas VSP NetworkGroup life/voluntary life insuranceAccrued paid time off9 paid holidays401K with contributionsFamily Medical Leave Act
