THE CLIENTOur client is a private equity firm with offices across Europe and in midtown Manhattan! The company invests into a variety of industries include healthcare, technology, industrials, and business services. They have over 23 billion in assets under management and about ten individuals in their New York office.THE ROLEOur client is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations and to efficiently manage the office. In addition to office management duties, this individual will support one Partner of the New York office.Responsibilities include but are not limited to...Oversee maintenance of office facilities and liaise with building managementVendor managementPrepare budgets and track office expenses/invoicesAct as a liaison for the finance, IT and HR departmentsCoordinate in-house and off-site eventsSupport with onboarding/offboarding processes, employee relations, compliance, and internal communicationCalendar managementTravel organizationTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will be professional, mature, and excited to help with the growth of the firm.10+ years of experience as an Office Manager in financial/professional servicesBachelor's degree, preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeFluent in French, preferredTHE COMP/BENEFITSPaying up to $125kHybrid; Friday WFH; 9am-6pm100% paid health, dental, and vision insuranceFantastic benefits including commuter benefits, discretionary bonus, 20 PTO days, and more!Joss Search is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, passionately supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
