Full Steam Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator in Watsonville, CA!Pay Rate: $18 per hourSchedule: Monday 12 pm - 9 pm, Wednesday 1 pm - 10 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 am -5 pmBenefits: Medical, Dental, Life, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine.Requirements:Must be Bilingual in English and SpanishMust have a valid Driver's LicenseJob Purpose: The On-Site Coordinator will act as the primary support entity for the Client and the FSS Human Resource Department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with the Client and assist on employee relation concerns.Providing Excellent Customer Service to client by attending daily staffing meeting and communicating to fill personnel requirementsDeal with payroll, monitor employee work performance and resolve employee issues and problems.Maintain communication with client to ensure successful business development and to promote employee retentionImplement, monitor, and comply with company programs/ initiativesDaily maintenance of Time and Attendance, missing in/out reportsActing as a liaison between staffing office and clientMulti-task -- complete more than one task at a time to provide quality service to customerFacilitate effective and timely communication between all levels of employeesWork closely with the temporary associates to ensure that the policies and procedures are being adhere to.Processing payroll and employee benefitsAssists HR with Investigations and to employee complaints and EEOC chargesMonitor Distribution Center environment and notify management of issues/concernsProfessional support of the safety programs implemented by the Safety Director.Serve as a resource to employees for answering general benefit questions. Assist with open enrollment processTrack compliance of new hires/pay rangesSupervision of the daily activities of the temporary associates.Administer exit interviews, monitor findings, recommend changes and evaluate effectivenessConduct new employee orientationProvide advice and counsel on employee issues. Investigate and coordinate the resolution of employee issues and conflicts in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:A combination of excellent communication, writing, and software skills (with a high proficiency in EXCEL) is also requiredBilingual in Spanish and English is required with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages at the college level/Reasoning Ability:Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
