Hybrid Order Processing Associate

Vaco Boston is partnered with a leading Eco-Friendly home goods company in the NYC area. Due to an increase in business, the director of Operations is looking to bring on a proven Order Processing Specialist to support the team. Please reach out for immediate consideration and full job description.This role would be hybrid in the office 1-2 days per week and is looking to hire immediately!Responsibilities:Coordinate with data entry team in several locations and warehouse staffEnsure timeliness and continuity of order processing and fulfillment operations Verify customer requirements & ensure accurate logistics and routing instructions Manage all our customer portals and enter orders into our system Working with vendors for Kitchenware/home goods, needs to be very detail oriented and have solid communication skillsTime management: Getting orders into system, checks/balances, making sure everything matches correctly, looking for discrepanciesData integrity, making sure no errorsManaging EDI Orders is a plus Requirements:3+ years of experience Strong Excel experience, experience with ERP and order entry requiredTeam player
