Conduct user research and experiments from planning to synthesis. Play an active role in advocating for a Human-Centered Design process and creating a collaborative environment. Engage and inspire the product organization about our customers' experiences through powerful story-telling of the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys. Lead as a "˜player/coach' - owning UX design and mentoring less experienced designers.Skills Preferred:Demonstrable experience in UX design and research in all phases across a variety of projects and mediums. Deep expertise in Interaction & Visual Design, Information Architecture, UX Writing, and UX Research. Advanced knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design and prototyping software. Visualize and test concepts at varying levels of fidelity - napkin sketches, sacrificial concepts, wireframes, interactive & functional prototypes, development-ready assets.
