An education network in NYC is currently seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join their team. In this role, the HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all team members and stakeholders.About the OpportunityStart Date: ASAPAssignment Length: until AugustSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), hybrid scheduleResponsibilities:Efficiently manage and coordinate complex calendars for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring optimal scheduling and alignment with prioritiesProactively resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes effectivelyAct as a resource and point of contact for team members, fostering an inclusive and engaging environmentSend out offer letters; interacting with prospective applicants and new hiresAct as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on expectationsFacilitate smooth collaboration across departmentsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:Proven experience in human resources coordination, operations coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.Bachelor's degreeProficiency in and other relevant project management toolsMicrosoft Office proficientSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Experience supporting Talent Acquisition and/or HR teamInterest in nonprofit or educationProficiency in Workday, G-Suite and Mac
