Who You Are: As the Manager, Global Brand Marketing, your primary role is to support in the alignment of the global marketing strategy & implementation of global 360 brand campaigns across all regions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support Director and Senior Manager with Seasonal Global Marketing StrategyHelp ensure that all cross functional teams are working together to creative a cohesive presentation and plan for the seasonWork with the Director on the Development of the Seasonal BriefHelp align Global Calendar of business priorities (Product and Campaign Messages)Act as liaison between Business Units and Cross-Functional teams to develop a cohesive seasonal brief that supports business effectively.Align Global Calendar across global merchandising, retail, wholesale, licensing and all marketing channels.Help Lead Regional Support Calendars for all Global Markets Work cross functionally with PR, Social, Creative, Media, and VIP/Influencers to build seasonal Global brief to marketsPartner with each regional marketing team to map out their seasonal plans.Guide plans and help foster global alignment whilst supporting localized needs.Oversee Global Customer Activation Process with the CoordinatorPartner with key cross functional teams (Creative & Visual Merchandising) to strategize seasonal retail activation approach.Create scalable activation options that support the seasonal brand strategy.Review regional activation plans and provide necessary feedback to foster a consistent global brand message.Oversee GWP Process with the CoordinatorPartner with our GWP agency to create yearly GWP assortment and seasonal giftsEnsure all divisions needed are included in the conversation, including design and legalManage Regional Capsule ProcessWork directly with regional markets to map out seasonal local capsule needs.Partner with global merchandising team to create curated localized capsules.Partner with Director on marketing support for all product licensee categories, including Fragrance, Eyewear, Watches and JewelryEnsure support across both Retail and Wholesale channels at a seasonal level as well as for any new product launchesSupport any licensee local activations to ensure they are on brand and align with overall brand strategyManage Golf Ambassador relationshipWork with design team to ensure bespoke product is designed, fitted, and delivered based on the Ambassador needsEnsure Ambassador contract needs are being met including bonuses, appearances, etc.Help aid in the Coordinator's development and growthYou'll Need to Have: Bachelor's Degree required4+ years Marketing experienceAbility to work in the NYC office 4 days per weekFashion industry experienceStrong ability to strategize on a global levelAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teamsSkilled in speaking in front of large groups, including Executive LeadershipWe'd Love to See:Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectivelyCritical thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsThrive in a fast-paced on-time deliverable environmentCreative and proactive communication skillsMotivated, enthusiastic, and results-orientedMK Perks: Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday ScheduleSummer FridaysInternal mobility across Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael KorsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee SalesFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness ProgramCommuter BenefitsGym DiscountsAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
