This position will report to Digital product manager and will work with enterprise teams to deliver analytic solutions.Job Duties:Work with business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for reporting applicationsUtilize programming languages like SAS, Snow SQL to prepare data using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework for building reportsBuild automated reports using Power BIImplement Row-level security (RLS) and write DAX expressions suitable for reporting needsPrototype, develop, iterate, test, and deploy reports into productionPresent project status and insights to Senior leaders and advisorsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of business insights and visualization experience, or a Master's degree & 4+ years of business insights and visualization experienceStrong working knowledge and experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Power BI Gateway and administrative tasksExperience performing data analysis, data modeling and database development in support of BI projectsExperience with one or more programming languages and data structures using SQLExperience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse and SnowSQLHighly organized and strong attention to delivering high quality workExcellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating across teamsPosition's Contributions to Work Group:The job function includes data collection and analysis; development, validation, application, and refinement of statistical models; application of related digital technologies in processing both the inputs and outputs from the modelsChallenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, learning to refine solutions to better fit complex situations, making timely decisions, and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.Working directly with business partners to understand their information needs and create reporting solutions that ultimately help drive business decisionsMatching and developing the correct reporting technology such as Power BIWorking with other application support groups on the integration and rationalization of disparate data sourcesPrototyping, developing, and testing of reporting solutions producedDesigning and implementing processes, standards, or improvements, to aid in development and support
