The Manager, Supply (Strategic Planning) will lead a small team in Fountain Valley, CA, to optimize systems and processes for parts availability, ensuring key performance goals (Fill Rate, Back Order lines, Inventory Months of Supply) are met. This role involves strategic decision-making, process improvements, training, reporting, and executive communication. Up to $150K DOE.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve supply chain KPIs.Identify and implement process and system improvements for demand forecasting and supply replenishment.Mentor and train the Supply Team, developing performance tracking programs.Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.Generate and present KPI reports for internal teams and executive leadership.Oversee forecasting, inventory management, and system enhancements.Collaborate with global partners to optimize supply chain operations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree required.Experience: 5-8 years in inventory management, with 2+ years supervising staff.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in inventory planning and Microsoft Excel.Preferred: MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (Exempt)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with matching, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Career Growth, and Company Discounts.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
