We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Office Services Associate to oversee daily office services operations in a corporate environment. This role will be responsible for front desk management, hospitality services, light mail and copy operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Additionally, the Lead Associate will coordinate all visitor offices and entries to maintain a seamless and professional workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & HospitalityServe as the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.Maintain the reception area and visitor lounges, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.Assist with meeting room reservations, setup, and catering coordination.Manage visitor badges, access requests, and security compliance in collaboration with building management.Customer Service & CoordinationProvide white-glove customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting guests with any office-related needs.Coordinate all visitor offices, including scheduling, workspace setup, and necessary IT arrangements.Act as the primary liaison between employees, facilities, and building security for visitor management.Support company events, internal meetings, and special projects with logistical coordination.Mail & Copy ServicesHandle light mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.Coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and courier guidelines.Assist with print, copy, and scanning requests, ensuring high-quality document handling.Administrative & Operational SupportMonitor and order office supplies, maintaining inventory for common areas, conference rooms, and the front desk.Track and report service requests related to office equipment and facilities maintenance.Maintain operational records and update tracking systems as required.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 3-5 years in office services, hospitality, or administrative roles in a corporate setting.Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to provide high-touch, professional service to employees, clients, and guests.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and visitor management software.Organizational Ability: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished, professional demeanor.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods as needed.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
