Are you a motivated recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our clients team and help build a strong workforce in the construction industry.What You'll Do:Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals for roles in project management, estimating, administration, and more.Source, engage, and interview candidates through job boards, networking, and industry-specific channels.Build a robust talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and candidate outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer branding.Stay informed on hiring trends, labor market shifts, and best practices in recruitment.Provide an outstanding candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.What We're Looking For:At least 6 months of recruiting experience is required.Prior experience in construction recruitment is a big plus.National recruiting experience is highly preferred, as this role supports hiring across multiple locationsAdditional Info: Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hoursLocation: 100% In-officeType: Direct HirePay$60K-$70K/yr.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
