Senior Global Billing ManagerA leading law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Global Billing Manager to oversee the billing and collections functions and lead a team in a fast-paced, global environment. This role focuses on optimizing client accounting operations, implementing efficient workflows, and driving process improvements to enhance billing and collections strategies.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the billing and collections teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Develop and implement global workflow processes and best practices.Collaborate with firm leadership and partners on billing objectives and client strategies.Analyze reports to identify trends and improve billing and collections performance.Provide problem-solving guidance and support across global offices.Participate in system upgrades, process enhancements, and firmwide initiatives.Lead, mentor, and develop a team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 10 years of legal billing experience in a law firm.At least 5 years of management experience in a law firm.Proficiency in Aderant or similar accounting software.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary: $230,000 - $250,000 (NY market).Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and generous PTO.Flexible hybrid schedule (2 days in office)Professional development and career growth opportunities.Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal billing professional to lead a dynamic team at a top-tier firm.
