As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Procurement Coordinator to join our team.Job Description:As the Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of telecom services and infrastructure solutions. You will be involved in maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and ensuring that we obtain competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high-quality products and services to meet the needs of our customers globally. This is a critical position that will directly impact the success of our global operations.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & ProcurementIdentify, evaluate, and select vendors to engage for new opportunities to support our telecom offerings across various regions.Vendor ManagementSupport strong relationships with existing and new vendors, ensuring an optimal outcome for our clients.Contract NegotiationsTrack negotiations to secure competitive pricing, and contract terms with suppliers and service providers. Support legal department's efforts in negotiating MSA (Master Service Agreement) terms with our suppliers. Assisting in checking sales orders for accuracy.Market AnalysisConduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and pricing models, ensuring we remain competitive in the telecom space.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Business Development, Business Operations, and Delivery teams to align on new order details, closely considering business goals and customer requirements. Acting as a layer of support for questions or changes to in-flight orders.Risk ManagementAssess and identify potential risks in proposed solutions, vendor performance issues, or pricing volatility. Ensuring vendor and customer terms align.Project ManagementAssist team members in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting applicable technical and financial information for internal and external stakeholders.Internal Tracking: Ensuring proper order details discussed during the order process are properly displayed in Salesforce for handover to Service Delivery and Network Support teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience (3 years) in the telecommunications industry, being familiar with various telecom technologies from a sales perspective a plus. Experience with the global telecom landscape, including service providers, infrastructure, and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external counterparts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and assist our Infrastructure Analysts in tracking project responses and timelines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.Excellent Project Management skills.Ability to handle ambiguity and analyze concepts to come to a strategic recommendation to present to management.Experience working with global suppliers.In this hybrid role, you will be required to attend the office at a minimum 3 days per week, as set forth by your manager.
