LHH is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruiter to join a leading Manufacturing Company in Peabody, Massachusetts. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate pre-hire through new hire onboarding, ensuring all activities are completed with urgency, consistency, and accuracy. This role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers and project teams, as well as the ability to provide an excellent recruiting and onboarding experience for candidates and employees.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, is comfortable staffing various positions throughout the plant. Qualified Candidates should be capable of understanding the unique demands of technical, business support and engineering positions.Key Responsibilities:Manage Full-Cycle RecruitmentOversee the entire recruiting process from candidate pre-hire to new hire onboarding, ensuring all activities are completed with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.Onboarding SupportProvide support to other recruiters and teams with onboarding tasks, ensuring all new hires, particularly Service Technicians, are processed efficiently and professionally.Collaboration with Project ManagersWork closely with Project Managers to understand hiring needs for technical staff and ensure roles are filled promptly with qualified candidates.Responsive CommunicationHandle incoming calls from applicants and employees, providing guidance and answering questions to ensure a positive experience during the recruiting and onboarding process.HR InquiriesAssist with internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in accordance with company policies.Process ComplianceEnsure all HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, are completed in accordance with established HR Work Processes and company policies.Process ImprovementActively identify opportunities for improving recruiting and onboarding processes and suggest actionable solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.At least two years of experience in a related recruiting or HR role, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding processes.Proven experience in staffing manufacturing and business support roles.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with recruiting for technical and field-based positions, such as Service Technicians or similar roles.Familiarity with the company's business operations and industry-specific recruiting needs.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotas
