LaSalle Network has partnered with a rapidly growing financial technology firm seeking a Client Services Manager to join their Manhattan, NY team. This firm has doubled in size in the last few years and are providing technical trading solutions to the world's leading banks and financial institutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier support and service to enterprise clients using trading and financial technology solutions. This individual will have the opportunity to build relationships with enterprise clients while collaborating internally with sales, customer service and development to drive enhanced product offerings and services. The Client Services Manager will be based in Manhattan, NY and offer a flexible hybrid working model. Client Services Manager Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term, productive relationships with key stakeholdersDevelop a deep understanding of client needs and business objectives to ensure alignment between our solutions and client requirementsProactively engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs, providing recommendations for optimization and best practicesDrive strategic business meetings covering performance, service improvement, quality and processes.Responsible for managing customer satisfaction survey feedbackEvaluate the changing needs of the service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for operational improvement, making recommendations for service improvement for each customerClient Services Manager Requirements:BA or higher level of education required5+ years of customer success, client servicing or account management experience in SaaS industryKnowledge of trading platforms is preferredExperience in customer escalation managementExperience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment If you are interested, apply today!
