We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Division Manager to oversee the operations, strategy, and performance of our MEP division. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience working in the MEP trades, with a strong background in managing teams and overseeing large-scale construction projects. This role requires an in-depth understanding of MEP systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all MEP operations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Supervise and mentor a team of MEP professionals, ensuring the highest quality of work and adherence to safety standards.Oversee the successful execution of MEP projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and local codes.Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.Ensure that all MEP work complies with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.Review and approve MEP project designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Implement process improvements and best practices for the MEP division to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor and manage the division's financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control across projects.Stay current with the latest MEP technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure our company remains at the forefront of the market.Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and performance analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in the MEP trades, with a strong background in MEP subcontracting and construction project management.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.LEED certification or other industry certifications are a plus.Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time offHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their experience and qualifications for the position to madilyn@.
