Alamon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the strategic direction and operational performance of our Enterprise Technical Solutions (ETS) department, focusing on enterprise clients. This role will oversee business operations, personnel management, financial performance, and project execution to drive growth, efficiency, and alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational LeadershipDirect ETS operations to meet customer, budget, and financial goals.Lead short-term and long-range planning, resource allocation, and policy enforcement.Develop and execute strategies to drive operational efficiency and profitability.Human Resource ManagementOversee hiring, and personnel development for the ETS department.Implement employee training and development programs.Conduct performance reviews and maintain positive employee relations.Project Management & ComplianceEnsure project profitability, compliance, and quality standards.Implement systems for efficient project tracking, documentation, and billing.Maintain compliance with safety and government regulationsMarketing & Business DevelopmentCollaborate with leadership and marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans.Represent Alamon at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Keep marketing materials (website, brochures, social media) up to date.Financial ManagementOversee division profitability and meet financial growth expectations.Prepare monthly and yearly forecasts and manage employee costs.Ensure accuracy of financial data and risk management strategies.Quality Control & SafetyMaintain compliance with quality and safety standards.Work closely with the Company Safety Manager to enhance safety procedures.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Administrative & Compliance ManagementEnsure accurate record-keeping for A/R, A/P, and inventory managementAssist in developing tools and systems to increase operational efficiency.Ensure timely project close-outs and billing completionQualifications & Requirements Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field ORMinimum 5 years of experience in operations, management, logistics, or enterprise technology solutionsSkills & Competencies? Strong industry knowledge and technical aptitude.? Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.? Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting? Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills? Strong written and verbal communication abilities.? Proven leadership and team management experience.? Familiarity with governmental regulations and compliance practicesMinimum Position Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUI/DWIs within the past 5 years). ? Ability to pass a background check and drug test ? Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed. ?
