Warehouse SupervisorThis exciting role will be responsible for coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments at the facility. Excellent communication skills and prior warehouse experience will be needed to be successful in this role. They are headquartered in the Burlington, WA area. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of solar cells and PV Modules for the renewable energy industry. If you are an individual who loves to schedule and supervise shipping logistics, this role could be for you!Responsibilities:Make special shipping arrangements as necessaryPerform Logistics activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving (piece parts and repairs), packing, and inventory managementMaintain departmental records to ensure manufacturing ISO compliance.Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed to ensure that products are available when neededProvides staff assistance to the Warehouse ManagerOversee and monitor the availability of stock to reduce shortagesIdentify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top managementDevelop, articulate, and maintain logistic process documentationLiaise with the internal departments regarding stock management of finished goodsCreate and provide international shipping documentation as neededQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.One-year supervisory experience.Two years of warehouse experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, the purchasing department, and outside vendors.Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.Proficient keyboarding skills.Salary Range:$62,400-72,800 base salary This position is based out of Burlington, WA
