Real Estate ParalegalOur Boston-based Real Estate client is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal on a direct hire basis. This individual will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel with real estate closings, legal entity formation and various legal and compliance matters. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 3-5+ years of paralegal experience within a real estate, property management or mortgage environment. Candidates must be reliable, confident, motivated, and self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and can work well under pressure.Compensation: 95K-110K Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualificationsApplicants must be local and willing to commute to Boston, as this role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 2 days/week in the office. If you are interested in this position and would like to be considered, please submit a copy of your resume today!Responsibilities:Assists the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel with various legal matters which include real estate closing transactions, legal research, document preparation, corporate governance and entity maintenance, and any day-to-day administrative tasksSupport real estate and financial transactions pre-to-post closing.
