Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for their manufacturing plant in New Hampshire. Key responsibilities include:Leading the Quality Department's daily operationsImplementing and executing quality and food safety programsCoordinating the local HACCP Team and partnering with Corporate Quality and Food SafetyLeading all customer, regulatory, and third-party quality and food safety auditsInvestigating and responding to consumer and customer complaintsManaging the non-conformance processLeading validation of all changes in manufacturing processSupporting new product and process trials and launchesBeing a member of the Plant Leadership TeamOwning the budget for lab supplies, labor, general supplies, lab services, and pest controlEnsuring compliance with GMP's, SOPs, Corporate Programs & TrainingQualificationsBS Degree in Food Science or Nutrition (preferred)5+ years of Quality Management experience in food manufacturingExperience with sanitation oversightStrong knowledge of FDA/USDA/PCQI/SQF or BRCHACCP certificationStrong leadership skills, excellent communication skills
