Reports to: Systems AdministratorCompany: Cal-Ark International Inc.Department: Information TechnologyLocation: Little Rock, ARJob Type: Full-Time/HourlySalary Range: $22+/hour (based on experience)Job Overview:CalArk International is seeking to add a Systems Support Technician to our Information Technology department. This is a full-time position with typical hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime may be required and after hours on-call will be required approximately one week every month. This is a 100% on-site (non-remote) position in Little Rock, Arkansas. Essential Functions:· Support of all software systems, services, and users as needed to support the business.· Provides product/software support for logistics solutions: TMS (Trimble Innovative), Omnitracs Roadnet, Trimble TMT, Transflo DMS, Geotab, and others.· Provides hardware and software support for mobile devices and management of MDM (SOTI)· Perform data entry for manual database record corrections· Performs IT related administrative tasks such inventory audits, creating documentation, etc. · Assists with AS400 administrative tasks such as user setup, user security and access settings, tape backups, etc.· Assist with software testing and upgrades. Can easily analyze, observe, and prioritize. · Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a high volume, fast paced environment.· Ability to complete projects unassisted with minimal supervision.· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.· Ability to move about inside the office to access office machinery, ascend/descend on stairs and ladders or to stoop, crouch, or kneel to work on equipment. · The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.· Proficient computer skills with MS Office; Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must demonstrate the ability to learn and comprehend new software that may be used daily.· Ability to operate standard office equipment i.e. computer, telephone, printers, etc.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in related field (Information Systems, Information Technology or similar field) or a minimum 3-5 years equivalent experience is required.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
