Benefits Coordinator IPay rate: $27 Hourly on W2Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (Onsite)Note: This role typically operates in an office environment(onsite), with occasional remote work flexibility.Duration: 12 Months+Job Description:• The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of employee benefit programs,• including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee benefits. • Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.• Familiarity with federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits.• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
