Judge Healthcare is seeking BCBA's!Position Details:Location: Chester, PA 19013Job Type: Contract throughout the school yearHours: Typical school hours, M-FSpecific Duties:The BCBA will provide behavioral support and intervention services to students across Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. This full-time position involves working closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.Behavior Assessment: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and their functions.Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.Training and Support: Provide training and support to teachers, school staff, and parents on behavior management techniques and strategies.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.Documentation: Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.Requirements/Qualifications:Certification: Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Education: Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience working with children with special needs, particularly in a school setting, is highly desirable.
