Then you might be exactly the person we are looking for at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group.Part-time Office & Community Coordinator will be responsible for: Answering office phone line and e-mail and redirecting to the appropriate partyCoordinating TaskRabbits for office maintenance and repairs as neededMonitoring and purchasing office suppliesGreeting guests and procuring beverages/catering set ups for meetingsGeneral office appearance and maintenance, including plant/flower care and trash removalReceiving/distributing mail and coordinating shipments for the officeAssisting with printing, mounting, and binding project materials as neededHosting and coordinating office events, such as Friday Bars and Team DinnersProviding schedule, travel assistance, and ad hoc support to Partner-in-chargeInitially this will be a Part-Time position, working on average 20 - 24 hours a week.
