ProRank is seeking an experienced Project Manager with landscape installation experiencespecifically on the new construction side (not maintenance), to oversee and manage landscape installation projects for our client.This role will involve coordinating field staffing, managing project costs, ensuring adherence to project plans, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.General Duties:Coordinate field staffing for all projects, including recruitment, selection, and hiring.Study and understand project plans and specifications.Attend pre-job walks and conduct multi-weekly visits to each job site.Verify proper installation and adherence to plans and specifications at each project.Provide accurate and timely written documentation of extras and collection of approved paperwork.Monitor weekly job cost reports and proactively address any accounting or labor management issues.Complete projects on time and within budget.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal management/departments.Leadership & Management Responsibilities:Implement and exceed company policies, procedures, and systems in Field Operations, Safety, Quality Control, and Technical Training Programs.Ensure direct reports adhere to company culture, values, and mission statement.Oversee efficient use of equipment and tools in the field.Conduct bi-weekly Foreman meetings and ensure all team members are trained in company policies and project management practices.Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.Safety Responsibilities:Ensure all safety policies and OSHA regulations are met, with a focus on productivity and quality.Report any employee injuries to Human Resources and/or Safety Officer immediately.Enforce appropriate uniform and PPE requirements for all field employees.Skills/Abilities Required:Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, when required.Strong ability to read, interpret, and follow construction plans.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and team members.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.Education/Experience/Certifications:10+ years of commercial landscape construction experience (new construction).Valid Driver's License.Demonstrated leadership and management experience.Public Works (PW) experience preferred.If you have a proven track record in landscape construction and project management, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality results, we encourage you to apply today for this exciting opportunity.Note: This position does not provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
