To support our continued growth at RCT, we are looking for motivated team members to join our growing Customer Service Team. With a diverse portfolio of customers across an array of markets, communication skills are vital for this position. RCT Customer Service is involved in all aspects of our transactions. Essential Functions include:Close Interaction with key RCT Partners & Team Members: Sales, Customers, Suppliers, Warehouses, Carriers Daily Management of Customer Purchase OrdersOrder responsibility to include bulk transactions as well as packaged warehouse transactionsDaily Management of Supplier Purchase OrdersDaily use of Chempax operating system Order responsibility to include bulk transactions as well as packaged warehouse transactionsCustomer Record Management - Pricing, Specifications, Requirements Cross Functional - Logistics & Supply Chain Support; Inventory Management Support Marketing Coordinator Support: Provide support in customer database management, trade show & event circuit and development of overall RCT marketing effortsBackground in business to business and industrial customer service is desired. Logistic experience whether with trucking, rail or import is a plus. Basic accounting skills are also desired.Basic computer and common software skills with the ability to learn new software are important and fundamental.
