The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of vacation rental properties, managing field staff, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, and ensuring guest satisfaction. It is key to be able to thrive in a team environment. We are looking to grow with individuals who genuinely care and want to provide a great experience for both our guests and property owners. QualificationsProperty Management, Hospitality, and Customer Service skillsExperience in overseeing operations and managing staffStrong organizational and time management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferredProven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on short-term rentals a plusStrong understanding of property maintenance, housekeeping standards, and guest service best practicesIf interested, please submit a resume with cover letter.
