Operations Coordinator

Hanro Operations Coordinator- Eatontown, NJSeeking an experienced Operations Professional to join our team. This position will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail teams, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, eCommerce, and Wholesale Operations TeamsResponsibilities:Reporting & Analysis:Publish and distribute reports to key stakeholders, including store-level reports.Product Management:Seasonally set up product for three brands within the ERP system.Collaborate with sales and eCommerce teams on product setup.Export product data to third-party platforms (e.g., Intertrade, QRS).Maintain the product database, including non-seasonal additions.Manage Falke and other third-party brands, including product setup, purchase reorders, receiving, and communication.Operations Support:Collaborate with teams to resolve compliance issues and address chargebacks.Assist the Warehouse Manager with shipment routing.Manage PR follow-up activities.Create and maintain kitting products/transfers.Documentation & Inventory:Work with cross-functional teams to compile and maintain comprehensive process documentation.Manage non-merchandise stock, including reordering.Assist with the annual inventory count.Outbound Freight Review:Oversee and analyze outbound freight expenses.Special Projects:Participate in and support special projects throughout the year, such as holiday gifting, sample management, and sample sales.Benefits:Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Dental and Medical, 401K with matching, Employee Discount.Must Have 3+ years experience in operations and process documentation.
