Hello!We are hiring Manufacturing Techs in a semiconductor company in Arizona for Manufacturing Technicians.Here's why you should apply to this Manufacturing Tech position:• Potential for Direct Hire Position with Large Semiconductor Manufacturer in Chandler, AZ area.• Starting at $16 for day shift and $17 for night shift• No Experience Required, will train the right candidate!• Compressed work week- 4 shift options - 3 to 4 day work week, Day and Night available.• Time Off- you will have 3-4 consecutive days off each week.• Advancement OpportunitiesShift Options• SHIFT 5- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)• SHIFT 4- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)• SHIFT 7- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)• SHIFT 6- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Tech like? You will:• Performing preventive maintenance activities on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environment.• Performing visual inspections (quality check) post PM.• Responding to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment.• Reviewing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for process quality and conducting defect troubleshooting.• Sustaining and improving spare parts management system and be responsible for full life-cycle of spare parts.• Actively participating in continuous improvement processes, learning and skills development.• Performing activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Minimum Qualifications:• Must have HS Diploma or GED.• Able to operate computer to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information.• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.• Able to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and gloves. Spend the majority of time (>90%, minus break time) on the factory floor working on the tools.• Able to lift weight consistent with applicable regulations and/or safety guidelines, including NIOSH Lifting Recommendations.• Typical shift is 12 hours long, alternating between three and four days every other week includes 2 hour paid breaks during each shift.• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have.Please send your resume to Sean McGuffin @seam073@ if you are interested.
