Job Title: Marketing ManagerJob Type: W2 Contract (3 Months)Pay Rate: $50 - 60.71 / hour, DOESchedule: M - F (40 hours / week)Location: 200 Executive Blvd, Southington, CT, United States, Southington, CT 06489Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey, drive engagement, and improve conversions. This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate is experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation, and customer lifecycle journeys in a B2B and/or B2C environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns tailored to business clients, ensuring seamless multi-channel integration.Create data-driven marketing plans and testing strategies, leveraging campaign insights, competitive research, and industry best practices.Scale and enhance email marketing performance through automation, journey building, and triggered campaignsEnsure data accuracy by managing list sources, segmentation, targeting logic, and dynamic content.Campaign Optimization & PerformanceMonitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Develop A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging, targeting, and automation strategies.Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion rates through continuous optimization.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, analytics, IT, and creative teams, to develop scalable and personalized customer lifecycle journeysRepresent the email marketing team in meetings, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.Compliance & Regulatory AdherencePartner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.Maintain accurate documentation of compliance processes, including opt-out scrubs and targeting logic.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience6+ years of experience in direct marketing, email marketing, or digital marketingBachelor's or Master's degree preferred; candidates with a high school diploma/GED and extensive relevant experience will be considered.Technical & Marketing ExpertiseStrong background in email marketing strategy, campaign management, and automationHands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage campaigns and customer journeys in a B2B and/or B2C environment.Proficiency in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analyticsCore CompetenciesExceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistent results under tight deadlines.
