Position OverviewFully Onsite in Denver 80220 - Mon-Fri 8AM-5PMCompensation: $23-$25/HR DOEUltimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join their client's team in Colorado. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources and payroll processing. The position involves supporting the Human Resources department and coordinating various corporate events.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration: Collect and verify weekly employee hours for approximately 175 employees and process biweekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency.HR Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the Director of Human Resources, helping with documentation, reporting, and daily operations.Office Supply & Expense Management: Oversee office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and process related expenses to ensure smooth office operations.Event & Travel Coordination: Plan and organize corporate and leadership events, handling logistics, accommodations, dining, and overall event execution.Adaptability & Collaboration: Work effectively across departments, demonstrating a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Qualifications2+ years of experience in payroll processing and human resources; experience with Paycom is a plus.1+ years of experience coordinating travel and corporate events.Experience managing office supplies and processing related expenses.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with diverse teams.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
