Paralegal

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Complex Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, case management, and trial preparation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a deep understanding of litigation procedures and court rules.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation, including case management, document review, and trial preparation.Manage and organize case files, including electronic databases and e-discovery platforms.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.Prepare exhibits, deposition summaries, and case chronologies.File court documents electronically and maintain compliance with court rules and deadlines.Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel as necessary.Provide support during trial, including organizing exhibits, coordinating logistics, and assisting with presentations.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or complex litigation.Strong knowledge of federal and Delaware state court rules and procedures.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Company paid Medical for employee and family.401(k) with employer contribution.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.
