Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Demand Writer and Negotiator to join our team in Fresno, CA. This is an on-site role requiring expertise in personal injury pre-litigation matters. While preference will be given to licensed Personal Injury Attorneys with significant experience in demand writing and settlement negotiations, we also welcome applications from non-attorneys with relevant experience. Additionally, we are open to considering recently licensed attorneys who are fluent in SpanishKey Responsibilities:Draft well-structured, comprehensive personal injury demand letters.Analyze case documentation and medical records to present a compelling case in demand letters.Engage directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements favorable to clients.Evaluate settlement offers and make recommendations based on case details and client priorities.Maintain organized records of negotiations and communications.Collaborate with pre-litigation team members and provide input on case strategies.Qualifications:Strong experience in personal injury pre-litigation, particularly in writing demand letters and negotiating settlements is highly preferred. Preferred: Licensed personal injury attorney with a proven track record in pre-litigation matters.Open to non-attorneys with demonstrable experience in personal injury cases.Law clerks or other legal professionals bilingual in Spanish will be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
