Key Responsibilities:Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and equipped with the tools and information they need. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and scheduling interviews. Recruitment: Assist with job postingsEmployee Relations: Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace satisfaction. Qualifications:Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Must have Valid Driver's LicenseLocal Travel is required with this position among properties Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
