Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X") is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and skilled Product Marketing Strategist (Analyst or Associate level) with a focus on Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to join our dynamic New York based Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Financial Services and Asset Management with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Reporting to the AVP of Product Marketing Strategy, the Product Marketing Strategist will support a range of product marketing activities including go-to-market planning, collateral development, and on-going campaign monitoring to ensure the ongoing success of our ETF lineup. This person will work closely across Product Research/Management, Sales, Compliance, and cross-functionally within the Marketing team. Global X Marketing Team OverviewWe are a full-scale in-house marketing team that supports and drives business objectives through creativity and innovation, backed by metrics and results. Primarily based in New York, our team is broken out into verticals covering sales channels, products, advertising channels, design, events, digital marketing, media, and analytics. We function collaboratively across functional areas to achieve results. We partner closely with Sales, Product Research/Management, Compliance/Legal to create compelling narratives, positioning, and integrated campaigns that deliver our value proposition to clients. Primary ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, launch campaign mapping, and collateral creation.Collaborate with Product Research/Management and Sales to understand product features, benefits, and target customer segments.Lead the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, videos and other assets to support go-to-market initiatives.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across web/digital, social media, email, and content marketing. Collaborate with Event Marketing and Sales to plan and attend Global X hosted and sponsored events, to understand our relationship with clients and maximize marketing opportunities. In partnership with Business Analytics, establish tracking mechanisms for Marketing tactics, actively measuring and reporting on ROI and key performance metrics. Required SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, or with transferable skills. High attention to detail and quality, even when working at speed. Experience with go-to-market strategies.Strong writing skills with a preference towards proficiency with Financial Services terminology.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.Experience in Financial Services is a must.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.Our OfferingGlobal X offers a competitive salary and benefits package and hybrid schedule. For New York City OnlyThe base salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package.
