Our Client a well Known Investment Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their Purchase, New York Location Job Responsibilities:• Extensive telephone coverage for Managing Directors: answer phones, take accurate messages, know executive's whereabouts at all times, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment• Calendar maintenance for meetings, events and/or conference calls• Coordinate travel and lodging including the submission of any expenses associated with travel or client visits• Navigate Firm's resources, interface with various departments to collect information, respond to requests, obtain services• Provide backup support for colleagues during vacation/sick days, and assist as needed with other office needs• Miscellaneous support: setup and maintain mail groups, keep orderly, fully-functioning work areaRequired Skills and Personal Attributes:• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills• Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrentlyOther Requirements:• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook for email, calendar and contacts.• Other helpful applications include Excel, internet and research tools. Concur proficiency a plus.• Keep up to date with office procedures and technical training as well as all policy guidelines & compliance requirements
